THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is cheap, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. Sav
